Ukrainian Olena Ioskovа, who lives in Chernihiv region, celebrated her 102nd birthday on July 1. This exceptional woman has become the oldest resident of Novhorod-Siverska community. According to 'Glavkom', Olena has a great sense of humor, excellent memory, and recommends everyone not to be upset.
Only two years ago, Olena herself was feeding chickens until the age of 101, taking care of them by herself. However, last year, for the first Time, she had to hand over the birds to neighbors and winter at home upon the request of her relatives.
«The little house is no longer young, and only a little warmth is enough for it. I was scared to leave it alone. So, we only had the cat Dasha for the winter», - said her niece Hanna Bohdanovych.
It is reported that a cat named Dasha, which belonged to the neighbor, temporarily became Olena’s company until the owner returned in spring.
From other sources, it became known that Olena Ioskova, who has never had a television, passionately reads newspapers and magazines. She usually goes to bed at seven in the evening and rests during the day.
