Ukrainian actor Nazar Zadniprovskyi shared his experiences working with the director of the Ivan Franko National Academic Drama Theater, Ivan Uryvskyi. Zadniprovskyi mentioned that he was excluded from productions due to his questions and skepticism. The actor also added that he was invited to work on the play 'Konotop Witch' as a comedy actor to support the director. The performance was also created by Oleksandr Yarema, Andrii Saminin, and Mykhailo Kukuyuk. Zadniprovskyi managed to create a strong humorous tandem with these actors.

Zadniprovskyi expressed his dissatisfaction with the theater management because the play 'Konotop Witch' received the Shevchenko Prize, but only three people were nominated for the award, without mentioning the actors. The actor noted that at the Ivan Franko Theater, there was no proper recognition of the actors' work on the performance, so they did not deserve the prize.

Nazar Zadniprovskyi is a People's Artist of Ukraine and a renowned actor in theater, cinema, and dubbing. He has been working at the Ivan Franko National Academic Drama Theater since 1997. The actor also points out the self-absorption of director Oksana Bayrak, with whom they worked together, but after the start of the war, she became unwanted.

Ivan Uryvskyi became famous after staging the play 'Konotop Witch', which gained popularity among the audience of the Franko Theater and won the Shevchenko Prize.
