Britain Imposed New Sanctions Against Russia.

The UK government has imposed new sanctions against Russia due to its attempts to undermine Ukraine and its democracy.
"Putin is so desperately trying to deprive Ukraine of Europe's support that he is taking ineffective measures to stir up unrest. The new sanctions send a clear message: we will not tolerate your lies and interference. Putin's attempts to divide us will always be unsuccessful. We will deter the Kremlin and support Ukraine," said UK Foreign Secretary David Lammy.
As part of these sanctions, Britain imposed restrictions against three Russian agencies and their leaders who are trying to undermine Ukraine and its democracy.
It is known that the Russian IT company Social Design Agency (SDA) receives tasks and is funded directly by the Russian authorities.
Together with the company Structura, they conducted interference operations aimed at undermining democracy in Ukraine and weakening international support for the country.
SDA also tried to incite protests in six European countries, but their attempts were ineffective. The companies are also responsible for a fake online network that fills social media with fake posts and documents to mask the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
The government stated that the secret actions of Russian companies are part of a coordinated attempt to undermine democracy to achieve their goals.
The US division welcomed the UK's actions, which support the sanctions imposed a year ago. The Doppelgänger network, run by CDA, used 60 websites posing as legitimate Eastern European news organizations and utilized social media to shift public opinion.
