Did Portnov arrive in Ukraine shortly before the murder? Comment from the State Border Guard Service.

The State Border Guard Service of Ukraine refused to provide information regarding the border crossing of former Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych, advisor to the fugitive president Andriy Portnov. This was reported by 'Glavkom' citing 'Radio Free Europe'.

“The requested information is restricted access information and relates to the private life of the person about whom the request is made, its protection from improper dissemination is ensured by the Constitution of Ukraine, the laws of Ukraine 'On Information', 'On the Protection of Personal Data', and therefore can be disseminated only with the consent of the person or in other cases provided by law... In order to comply with the requirements of current legislation in the dissemination of confidential information containing personal data, we inform you that the Main Center for Special Information Processing has no legal grounds to provide the requested information,” - the response to the request states.

During a shooting in a suburb of Madrid, the former deputy head of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych, advisor to the fugitive president Andriy Portnov was shot dead. Four bullets in the chest and one in the head led to his death.

Portnov's property transactions before death

Andriy Portnov conducted a series of financial and property transactions shortly before his death to avoid asset confiscation. In particular, former MP Oleg Tsarev spoke about Portnov's great influence on the judicial system of Ukraine, claiming large fees for 'resolving issues'.

After the refusal of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine to provide information about Andriy Portnov's border crossing, it became known that he was shot during a shooting in a suburb of Madrid. His death is associated with property transactions he was conducting before the tragedy, as well as actions that may be related to a significant influence on the judicial system of Ukraine.
