The European Union made a statement regarding Ukraine at the OSCE meeting.

The European Union confirms that a peaceful resolution of the conflict in Ukraine must be carried out with the participation of Ukraine itself.
This was stated by the European Union at the meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council in Vienna.
'On November 19, we marked 1000 days since the beginning of Russia's illegal invasion of Ukraine and 4000 days since the start of its aggression against Ukraine in 2014. The Ukrainian people have demonstrated strength and determination in the face of hostility. The European Union respects Ukraine's struggle for freedom and the defense of common values,' the statement said.
The EU emphasized that Ukrainians most seek peace that complies with international law and respects Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity. The European Union stressed that no initiative regarding Ukraine can be implemented without the participation of Ukraine.
The statement also noted that for 1000 days, Russia has not shown willingness to end its aggressive actions, and its objectives remain unchanged.
'We remind Russia that Ukraine, as an independent state, has the right to determine its foreign policy and security measures in accordance with international law. Ukraine has the right to self-defense. The European Union calls on Russia to end the war and withdraw its troops and military equipment from Ukrainian territory,' the EU stated.
The European Union calls on Russia, as the aggressor, to immediately cease the conflict and fully withdraw its troops and equipment from Ukraine in accordance with international borders.
