Ukrainian intelligence operatives destroyed a radar station worth 5 million dollars, which was located in the occupied territory of Crimea. This was reported by the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
The attack took place on November 28, 2024, near the settlement of Kotovske in the western part of the peninsula. The target was the radar system 'Podlyot', which was used to detect aerial targets at low altitudes under challenging conditions.
The system also provided target guidance for S-300 and S-400 missile systems.
