Russian forces damaged the dam of the Kurakhiv water reservoir, which may threaten residents of settlements on the Vovchiy River in Donetsk and Dniprovsk regions, said Vadim Filashkin, representative of the Donetsk Regional State Administration.
As of 16:00 it was established that the water level in the river passing through the Velikonovosilkivska community rose by 1.2 meters. Currently, there are no flooded houses.
"I am monitoring the situation. In case of significant changes, I will inform additionally," said Vadim Filashkin.
It should be reminded that Russia carried out a missile strike on a residential building in Kryvyi Rih, and the wounded include children.
