Occupiers report explosions in Crimea due to ballistic attack.

Explosions occurred in occupied Crimea
In the temporarily occupied Crimea by Russia, explosions occurred on the night of October 28. Local residents recorded about 20 explosions in the Dzhankoy region, where, according to preliminary data, there were hits. In addition, loud sounds were heard in Simferopol and Gvardeiskoye. An air raid alert was also announced in Sevastopol, as reported by local Telegram channels.
«In Dzhankoy and the area, up to 20 explosions were heard. Reports suggest a possible arrival near Dzhankoy; there is no exact information yet», – stated the message from the channel «Crimean Wind».
In the Simferopol district and the village of Gvardeiskoye, explosions were also heard, which, according to preliminary data, occurred near the airport. Local residents report at least eight explosions. This is likely related to the operation of the Russian occupiers' air defense, as noted in local channels. However, the first explosions were very powerful.
The gauleiter of Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozhaev, announced a ballistic threat but later reported a cancellation of the alert.
Recall that sources in Ukrainian military intelligence report the transfer of air defense forces, aviation, and part of the personnel of the «aerospace forces» of Russia in Crimea – deeper into the peninsula.
By the way, two research contracts of the IAEA with Russian state scientific institutions, which provided for fieldwork in Crimea, were signed in the period from 2016 to 2019.
