Attack

• Nine ballistic missiles 'Iskander-M/KN-23' were launched from the Kursk region;
• From strategic bombers Tu-95, Tu-160, 55 cruise missiles X-101, Kalibr were launched;
• A X-22 cruise missile was launched from a Tu-22M3 aircraft over the Black Sea;
• Four strike missiles X-59/69 were received from tactical aviation;
• Various types of drone imitators and 298 UAVs of the Shahed type came from different directions.

The air attack was repelled with the participation of aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, and unmanned systems, mobile fire groups of the Defense Forces of Ukraine.

Results

As of 09:00, the destruction of 45 cruise missiles and the location loss of two missiles have been recorded. Some drones were destroyed, others localized/ suppressed.

The attack caused damage to many regions of the country. The hits of air attack means were recorded in 22 locations and the fall of enemy missiles in 15 locations.

At night on May 25, Russian forces conducted large-scale attacks on Ukraine. Kyiv, Kharkiv, Mykolaiv, Ternopil, Konotop, Khmelnytskyi, Zhytomyr, Sumy, and Odesa suffered particularly badly. There are significant material losses and casualties among the civilian population.
