PrivatBank and Oschadbank will close all branches in one of the cities.

Escalation of the situation in Donetsk region due to the Russian offensive
In the cities of Pokrovsk and Toretsk in the Donetsk region, the situation is becoming increasingly dangerous due to the Russian offensive. In this regard, one of these cities will cease the operation of all banks, such as PrivatBank and Oschadbank.
As "Khvylya" writes, this was announced by the head of the regional military administration Vadim Filashkin.
In Pokrovsk, where about 38 thousand people now live, including 1900 children, all banking institutions and other services that serve the population will cease operations from September 2. Only ATMs will continue to operate, but their reliability is in question.
The situation in Toretsk is even more complicated. About 2000 people remain in the city. The enemy tries to penetrate daily with sabotage groups, and the delivery of humanitarian aid is almost impossible due to constant shelling. According to Filashkin, aid delivery is only possible at night when the security situation allows.
The authorities insist that residents of both cities evacuate to safer regions. Residents of Pokrovsk are advised to withdraw cash in advance, as it is unknown how long ATMs will work and whether there will be opportunities to replenish them.
Let us remind you that earlier the need for evacuation was also warned to the residents of Myrnohrad in the Donetsk region.
