Accounts in PrivatBank — who is threatened with blocking.

The state bank 'PrivatBank' complies with legislation to prevent the legalization of criminal proceeds, financing of terrorism, and the spread of weapons of mass destruction by blocking customer accounts in cases that raise doubts.
Yesterday I needed to make a payment to a private entrepreneur's account for the amount of 34,150 UAH. A regular operation, nothing extraordinary. I went into the app, entered the details and purpose of the payment — the system returned an error. I tried again — another failure, but this Time with a message that the operation needs to be confirmed. Options: either through a video call in the chat, or call 3700... And then — just as the conversation with the operator ends — my phone number is unlinked from Privat24 and all cards and accounts are blocked...
According to the bank's internal rules, accounts can be blocked automatically when unusual transactions occur, large transfer amounts without a clear purpose, operations without document confirmation, or by court order in case of debts. In the event of blocking, customers must contact the support service and provide additional information to confirm the source of funds.
PrivatBank, like all Ukrainian banks, adheres to laws in the field of financial activities, particularly in preventing financial crimes, terrorism, and the spread of weapons of mass destruction. Blocking accounts is a standard practice in conditions of heightened risk according to legislation.
