Russia launched a massive strike on Ukraine's energy sector: what is known.


In the early hours of November 28, Russian invaders again attacked Ukraine. This Time their target was the energy sector. Energy Minister Herman Halushchenko reported a massive attack involving 'Shahed' missiles, 'Kalibr', ammunition, and X-101. The attacks were noticeable in various cities across Ukraine, which were hit from the south and north. The Minister claims that the main target of the enemy was energy facilities. 'Ukrenergo' reported emergency power outages due to the enemy's attack.
'Once again, the energy sector is under a massive enemy strike. Attacks on energy facilities are happening throughout Ukraine,' wrote Herman Halushchenko.
The attacks caused damage to cities across the country. For example, damage was reported in Kyiv, in the Dnipro and Darnytsia districts. In Kharkiv, one enterprise was targeted. Buildings and infrastructure were also damaged in Lutsk, Sumy, Kropyvnytskyi, Volyn, Mykolaiv, and other cities. There is currently no information about casualties.
Due to power outages in certain areas, the movement of 6 trains operated by Ukrzaliznytsia was suspended, but the situation is under control and a backup diesel locomotive is being used to reduce delays.
