Russians executed four Ukrainian servicemen at the plant in Vovchansk.

The occupiers killed four Ukrainian servicemen at the aggregate plant in the city of Vovchansk. The Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office has launched a pre-trial investigation and accused the occupiers of violating the laws and customs of war. The investigation became possible thanks to the testimonies of Russian prisoners of war who were interrogated. The head of the department, Oleksandr Filchakov, stated that this case is unique because the suspect is also in Ukrainian captivity. If the suspect's guilt is proven, he may be sentenced to life imprisonment.
The Office of the Prosecutor General also reported the execution of 93 Ukrainian prisoners of war by Russian military personnel. The report of the UN Human Rights Monitoring Mission confirmed the facts of violations of IHL and the Geneva Conventions by Russians.
Law enforcement agencies have also started investigating information about the execution of Ukrainian servicemen in the Pokrovske direction, which appeared on social media.
