The season of side jobs has started: the most popular seasonal vacancies.

Since the beginning of summer, the number of seasonal vacancies in Ukraine has noticeably increased, as well as the number of people under 18 who are looking for work. This information was provided by the State Employment Service.
Currently, the service registers 628 seasonal vacancies, and the number of minors seeking work stands at 123.
'In terms of profession, we are talking about auxiliary workers, pedagogical organizers, stewards (travel services), fruit and vegetable workers, and workers in comprehensive servicing of agricultural production. By types of economic activity, there are the most vacancies in agriculture, manufacturing, and travel agencies,' they noted in the department.
In total, at the beginning of the year, the State Employment Service recorded 47 thousand vacancies, and by June 1, this number increased by 40%, to 66 thousand. The increase in job vacancies has occurred in all sectors of the economy, especially noticeable in agriculture, construction, manufacturing, and trade.
Ukraine is observing an increase both in the number of seasonal vacancies and in demand from young people in the labor market. This could be an important signal for those looking for employment opportunities during this period.
