Fine of 3400 hryvnias: which drivers risk losing their rights in just 10 days.

Ukrainian drivers will be fined for driving with expired licenses
Drivers in Ukraine who operate vehicles with expired licenses will need to pay a fine of 3400 hryvnias, reports the YouTube channel 'AutoTema'.
According to information, there are three main categories of drivers who need to replace their licenses.
The first category is beginner drivers who currently have temporary licenses that are valid for two years.
The second category concerns drivers whose permanent licenses are about to expire. It is important for them to check the date on the document, as licenses are usually valid for 30 years.
The third category of drivers includes those who have changed personal data. If a driver with old licenses is stopped and has changed their last name, a question arises about who to issue the fine to.
