Place of birth and education. He was born in 1993 in Kharkiv. He graduated from Kharkiv National University of Transport and earned a degree in engineering for wheeled and tracked vehicle design. He also graduated from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' with a degree in 'Manager for the Management of the Defense Industry Complex'.

Career. From 2014 to 2015, he worked at the Kharkiv Design Bureau for Mechanical Engineering, which is part of Ukroboronprom.

He then worked as chief designer and chief engineer at the Lviv Armored Plant.

In 2020-2021, he was the production director of the state enterprise 'W. A. Malyshev Plant'.

From April 2021 to April 2023, he was the director of the state enterprise 'Kharkiv Tank Plant'.

From April 2023 to June 2023, he was the CEO of the state enterprise 'W. A. Malyshev Plant'.

On June 28, 2023, he was appointed as the CEO of the joint-stock company 'Ukrainian Defense Industry' (until June 2023 - Ukroboronprom concern).
