The most popular military specialties identified in recruitment centers.


The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine analyzed the military specialties chosen by volunteers who approached the recruitment centers of the Ukrainian army.
According to the department's information, since the opening of the first center in February 2024, the highest demand has been for specialties related to unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). 16% of the candidates who have already received positions in the Defense Forces of Ukraine chose this direction.
The next in line are drivers (15%) and shooting specialties (14%). 9% of candidates received staff positions. 6% - artillery and communications (including cyber communications). Another 5% of candidates who completed documents through recruitment centers chose medical positions (combat medics, paramedics, nurses, doctors).
Overall, the listed specialties account for 71% of all volunteers who completed registration with the Defense Forces of Ukraine through recruitment centers.
The Ministry of Defense reminded that there are 49 recruitment centers of the Ukrainian army operating in Ukraine, including one online center. They are mainly located in the premises of the CNAP. Here, all those interested can receive consultations about joining the Defense Forces of Ukraine under confidentiality conditions.
It is important that mobilization activities and the handing out of summonses by notification groups are prohibited on the territory of the centers.
