In Cherkasy, debris from a drone damaged a high-rise building.


According to the head of Cherkasy Regional Military-Civil Administration Ihor Taburets, Russian drones attacked Cherkasy on the night of January 31. One of them crashed into a high-rise building, causing a fire.
According to preliminary information, the occupiers carried out drone attacks from night until morning. As a result, the air defense destroyed six enemy drones, most of which caused damage.
The balcony of one of the apartments was damaged by debris from one of the drones in Cherkasy. However, the residents of the building were not harmed and did not require medical assistance.
«Subsequently, a fire broke out there. It has already been extinguished. Law enforcement officers have confiscated the debris of the drone and the warhead,» said Taburets.
Earlier, Russian troops attacked the Krasnopillia community in Sumy region with a drone, resulting in two people being injured.
There was information that in Kyiv, debris from a drone hit the balcony of one of the apartments in a high-rise building in the Obolon district, but this information has not been confirmed.
Currently, the full-scale war has entered its 1073rd day. Overall, the enemy has carried out 44 airstrikes and dropped 88 explosive devices. A total of 1007 drones were also involved, and over 4600 shellings of our troops' positions and settlements were conducted.
In the last day, there have been 125 combat clashes. Ukrainian defenders continue to repel the enemy's attempts to advance deeper into our territory and deliver effective strikes, exhausting the enemy along the entire front.
