The government has allowed the booking of clergymen.


The Cabinet allows the booking of clergymen under a new procedure
The Cabinet of Ministers has allowed the booking of clergymen under a new procedure approved by the State Service for Ethnopolicy and Freedom of Conscience (DESS). This decision was made by government resolution No. 1498.
According to the list and criteria approved by DESS, religious organizations are now classified as critical institutions, along with representatives of donor organizations and international technical assistance project implementers.
This means that there will be no restrictions on the number of booked employees or salary limits for booking clergymen. Furthermore, in case of dismissal, the booking for clergymen will be canceled.
Extension of bookings for clergymen
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has extended the validity of bookings that were in effect as of December 19 by one month. This was announced by First Deputy Prime Minister of Economy Yuliya Svyrydenko. It was also reported that booking from mobilization has been restored on the 'Diia' portal, but after submitting an application, one must wait 72 hours.
Updated booking procedure for employees
As of December 1, an updated procedure for booking employees entitled to deferment from mobilization has come into effect in Ukraine. The procedure has become more automated, transparent, and demanding of the criteria that enterprises must meet to maintain critical status.
Information about the mobilization of people with disabilities is a fake
The Ministry of Health of Ukraine claims that the information regarding the mobilization of people with disabilities due to the liquidation of MSEC and the cancellation of disability status from January 1, 2025, is fake.
