The TCC commented on rumors regarding the mobilization of reservist workers in critical enterprises.

The Mykolaiv Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support denied information about the possible mobilization of reservist workers from important enterprises.
Tatyana Kiyko, assistant to the head of the center for legal work, justice major, and head of the legal service of the Mykolaiv TCC and SS, made this statement.
This statement was made after people's deputy Oleksandr Fedienko reported a case where the deferment was annulled for a worker from an important enterprise in Mykolaiv Region. According to Fedienko, the TCC stated that it acts in accordance with current legislation.
The problem of trust in the reservation system
The head of the subcommittee on cybersecurity issues of the Verkhovna Rada noted that the problem is serious, as it is practically impossible to demobilize a summoned worker. Fedienko also expressed his concerns about undermining trust in the reservation system from the enterprises.
'You can set the salary to even a hundred thousand, but you will not be able to protect your worker from further mobilization,' the people's deputy emphasized.
Tatyana Kiyko explained that such situations may arise due to issues with document circulation.
In this regard, TCC representatives are actively checking individuals who have reservation or deferment from mobilization. This creates additional tension for enterprises trying to retain qualified specialists.
