In Ukraine, apple and grape prices surged: how much they cost in supermarkets and markets.


Prices for apples and grapes in supermarkets and markets in Kyiv and Odesa were compared for Ukrainians.
According to "Khvilya", this is evidenced by data from the Minfin portal, the Capital Market, and the Odesa "Pochatok" market.
Apples and grapes are traditionally popular fruits among Ukrainians. They are rich in vitamins and minerals, making them an important part of a healthy diet. However, the prices of these fruits have risen significantly compared to September. An analysis was conducted on the prices of Ukrainian apples in leading supermarkets, where they range from 29.90 to 32.14 UAH per kilogram, with an average price of 31.02 UAH. This is a significant increase compared to September, when the average price was 26.32 UAH per kilogram. As for grapes, their cost ranges from 104.90 to 139.00 UAH per kilogram, with an average price of 121.28 UAH. In September, the average price was 117.85 UAH per kilogram. Apart from supermarkets, apples can be purchased at the capital market in Kyiv, where they cost from 20 to 45 UAH per kilo. Regarding grapes, they are sold from 120 to 250 UAH/kg, and there are grapes called Kish-Mish, costing from 90 to 115 UAH/kg. The Odesa "Pochatok" market also offers apples and grapes at different prices. For example, Golden, Fuji, Red Jonaprince, and Gala apples cost from 30 to 35 UAH per kilogram, and Kish-mish grapes can be purchased from 130 to 140 UAH/kg.
