Power outage: how schedules will work on October 8.

Tomorrow, October 8, it is not planned to introduce restrictions on electricity consumption, "Ukrenergo" reported.
"Please use powerful electrical appliances during the most productive hours of solar power plant operation - from 10:00 to 16:00," the message noted.
Today, October 7, it is also not forecasted to introduce restrictions on electricity consumption.
However, the UN Human Rights Monitoring Mission in Ukraine predicts that this winter Ukrainian citizens may expect power outages from 4 to 18 hours a day.
Government representatives state that there will be no problems with the energy supply in Ukraine until the end of October and in November. They also hope that this year winter will pass almost without outages, like last year.
It's worth noting that due to the cancellation of hourly outages from September 9, electricity consumption in Ukraine increased.
The State Agency for Reconstruction and Infrastructure Development has started building the third level of passive protection at "Ukrenergo" substations; however, international partners consider financing such an expensive project impractical until it has been tested. Earlier, the head of "Ukrenergo", Volodymyr Kudrytskyi, reported that Ukraine's energy facilities will have three levels of protection against Russian attacks.
Additionally, the European Commission is working on increasing the maximum supply of electricity to Ukraine. G7 countries and other partners have already gathered over $4 billion for the reconstruction of Ukraine's energy infrastructure.
