According to the information from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as of the morning of Friday, December 20, 2024, Russian occupiers have incurred the following losses in the course of the war with Ukraine.

As of December 20, Russia has suffered the following losses in the war with Ukraine:
personnel - about 770,420 (+2,200) persons,
tanks - 9,584 (+8) units,
armored fighting vehicles - 19,823 (+24) units,
artillery systems - 21,220 (+42) units,
MLRS - 1,256 (+0) units,
air defense systems - 1,027 (+1) units,
airplanes - 369 (+0) units,
helicopters - 329 (+0) units,
operational-tactical UAVs - 20,600 (+79),
cruise missiles - 2,943 (+0),
ships / boats - 28 (+0) units,
submarines - 1 (+0) units,
automotive equipment and tank trucks - 31,793 (+115) units,
special equipment - 3,662 (+6).
Enemy fleet activity as of December 20
In the Black Sea, there are 13 enemy ships, carriers of the Kalibr cruise missiles are absent;
In the Azov Sea, enemy ships are absent;
In the Mediterranean Sea, there are six enemy ships, of which three are carriers of Kalibr cruise missiles, with a total volley of up to 25 missiles.
In the interests of the Russian Federation, the following passage through the Kerch Strait was made in one day:
to the Black Sea - one vessel, which continued its movement towards the Bosphorus Strait;to the Azov Sea - seven vessels, of which three vessels continued their movement from the Bosphorus Strait.
Currently, the 1,031st day of the full-scale war in Ukraine continues.
