The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has updated the losses of Russian occupiers as of the morning of Monday, February 24, 2025. This is reported by 'Glavkom' citing data from the General Staff on social media.
Russia's losses in the war as of February 24, 2025
According to the General Staff data, Russia has sustained the following losses in the war with Ukraine as of February 24:
- personnel – about 868230 (+1050) people,
- tanks – 10177 (+9) units,
- armored fighting vehicles – 21157 (+6) units,
- artillery systems – 23626 (+44) units,
- MLRS – 1299 (+3) units,
- air defense systems – 1081 (+1) units,
- aircraft – 370 (+0) units,
- helicopters – 331 (+0) units,
- tactical level UAVs – 26428 (+117),
- cruise missiles – 3064 (+0),
- ships/boats – 28 (+0) units,
- submarines – 1 (+0) unit,
- automotive vehicles and tank trucks – 38444 (+110) units,
- special equipment – 3757 (+3).
Activity of the occupiers' fleet as of February 24
- In the Black Sea, one enemy ship, which is a carrier of 'Caliber' cruise missiles with a total salvo of up to four missiles;
- No enemy ships in the Sea of Azov;
- In the Mediterranean Sea, four enemy ships, three of which are carriers of 'Caliber' cruise missiles with a total salvo of up to 26 missiles.
For the day, in the interests of the Russian Federation, the following vessels passed through the Kerch Strait:
- to the Black Sea – one vessel;
- to the Sea of Azov – three vessels, all coming from the Bosphorus Strait.
Currently, the 1097th day of the full-scale war in Ukraine continues.
