Ukrainian soldiers who participated in the inadequate defense of Kharkiv region have received preventive measures. One of the colonels and a former brigade commander were taken into custody. The former commander of the 'Kharkiv' group was also detained, but bail was posted for him. Additionally, preventive measures were applied to the former commander of the 'Anna Kyivska' brigade.
In Kyiv region, criminals abducted a one-year-old child, demanding non-existent debts from the mother. The woman was locked in an apartment and her mobile phone was taken. The criminals face up to 12 years in prison.
The mobile operator lifecell plans to increase the cost of its tariffs due to the rising cost of electricity. The price review will not affect customers who transferred their number to lifecell since December.
