Zelensky instructed to create a technological Stavka and strengthen work on the release of prisoners.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky held a meeting with military personnel, representatives of intelligence, the National Security and Defense Council, and government officials to discuss the results of the meeting with civil society.
During the meeting, it was decided to create a format of the technological Stavka, which involves the development of unmanned aerial vehicles, including drones, for the destruction of "shaheeds" and other enemy assault drones.
Special attention was paid to the issue of releasing civilians from Russian captivity. Zelensky instructed the Main Intelligence Directorate and the Security Service of Ukraine to increase the effectiveness of their work in this direction, as the existing results were insufficient.
The President also received a report from the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrsky, on the situation on the front lines. In particular, a difficult situation is observed in the Pokrovsky, Kurakhivsky, and Lyman directions, where Ukrainian brigades hold positions and continue to destroy occupiers.
The President also informed about the intention to involve North Korean military in combat operations on the territory of Ukraine. According to intelligence reports, the first soldiers from North Korea will appear in the combat zone on October 27-28. Zelensky emphasized the need for a tough international response to these actions from both Moscow and Pyongyang.
The meeting also discussed the operation in the Kursk region of Russia, where Ukrainian units are working on creating a buffer zone.
