Changing place of service — a new instruction has appeared in 'Army+'.

A new instruction regarding the transfer of servicemen to other military units has appeared on the website of the mobile application 'Army+'. Before this transition, fighters are encouraged to take a short test.
What test can military personnel take
Servicemen are offered to answer questions about the length of service, the type of unit they are in, the preferred unit for transfer, the availability of officer rank, and health status, which is important for assignment to service.
If the transfer is possible, a template for a recommendation letter and examples of military documents needed to prepare the transfer application will appear in the application. It also indicates whether permission from the commander is required for such a step.
If a fighter currently cannot change their unit, they will receive justification for the reasons for such impossibility.
According to Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for Digitalization Kateryna Chornogorenko, a new way of communication is currently being created in the army to avoid unnecessary bureaucracy and make all procedures clearer.
60,000 servicemen have already used the service for changing their place of service, of which 40,000 have already changed their unit or are preparing for transfer. However, the Personnel Center of the Armed Forces of Ukraine may refuse the transfer in case of submission of unsatisfactory copies of documents, but the list of necessary pages and documents is now available in the 'Army+' application, so mistakes have become less common.
It is reminded that conscripts have the opportunity to independently withdraw the military record document with a QR code, which is available in the 'Reserve+' application.
It was also reported that the leak of information from 'Reserve+' is excluded, as the application only uses data from the state register of conscripts 'Oberih' and does not store them.
During the digital transformation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the process of transferring soldiers to another military unit is simplified, contributing to improved communication between fighters and management structures, as well as reducing the number of administrative obstacles in the way of sending servicemen to new positions. The 'Army+' service has already helped a large number of military personnel make transitions between units and overcome most traditional obstacles that hindered quick and effective changes in service.
