Finland prepares for possible war: a guide will be issued for citizens.

In November, Finland will publish a guide for the population in case of war. This manual will be available online. This is reported by the Finnish agency Helsingin Sanomat.
The guide will contain information on necessary supplies for the home in case of war or emergencies, as well as on civil defense, evacuation measures, and national defense.
Additionally, it will include advice on maintaining psychological resilience and operability during crisis situations, noted the Director of the Communication Department of the Finnish Ministry of the Interior, Eriikka Koistinen. The guide will be available exclusively online at the portal Suomi.fi.
Finland actively supports Ukraine in its struggle against Russian aggression, providing both military and humanitarian aid. The governments of both countries maintain close ties, and since the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Finland has significantly increased its assistance.
Finland has provided Ukraine with modern weaponry, ammunition, military equipment, and other means of protection. The country also actively participates in training Ukrainian military personnel as part of joint EU and NATO programs. Finland provides asylum and social support to Ukrainians forced to leave because of the war. Conditions for integration and support have been created for refugees in Finland.
Recall, the Finnish Ministry of Defense has completed the development of a bill that proposes to completely ban property transactions in the country for Russian citizens and legal entities.
By the way, the Finnish authorities plan to build 200 km of permanent barriers on the border with Russia by the end of 2026. Some other changes have been made to the project: the fence will be half a meter higher, about 3.5 m tall, and the network of fences will be denser.
Finland to create two NATO headquarters
Earlier it became known that Finland will create two North Atlantic Alliance headquarters. It is reported that one headquarters - NATO land forces in Northern European countries - will be located in the city of Mikkeli in southern Finland, near the border with Russia, and the second - the NATO Forward Land Forces (FLF) headquarters - in the north.
