The company 'Nova Poshta' does not plan to limit parcel redirection with payment upon receipt, despite numerous complaints from entrepreneurs. According to information from 'Khvylya', this was revealed in the responses of company representatives to the complaints of business clients on social media.

The main problem for business initiators is that recipients can change the delivery address of parcels with cash on delivery without agreement from the sender. At the same Time, the expenses for this service are borne by the seller, not the buyer, who demands such redirection.

'We understand your emotions, but we want to note that we cannot currently prohibit clients from redirecting parcels – everyone may have their own circumstances that require this. We have taken your words into account and will consider this proposal,' representatives of 'Nova Poshta' replied to one of the complaints.

The company denied the possibility of redirection at the expense of this service by the recipient: 'We cannot limit the recipient's right to independently order the redirection of the parcel, just as we cannot require them to pay for it immediately.'

Analysis

From the provided information, it is clear that 'Nova Poshta' does not intend to impose restrictions on redirection of parcels with payment upon receipt, despite negative feedback. The company demonstrates flexibility and understanding of both sides, although entrepreneurs point to breaches of contractual obligations. Overall, the issue of parcel redirection remains open for discussion and potential changes in the future.
