In memory of Petro Nevyadomskyi – a hero of the war
Every day at 9 am, Ukrainians honor the memory of all whose lives were taken by the Russian-Ukrainian war. Today we remember Petro Nevyadomskyi.
On September 30, 2024, in the war for Ukraine's independence, Lviv resident Petro Nevyadomskyi was killed. This was reported by the Lviv City Council.
Petro Nevyadomskyi was born in Lviv on July 18, 1987. He studied at the secondary comprehensive school No. 40 in Lviv. Later, he entered the Youth Educational Center named after Saint John Bosco and received an education in the profession of "Carpenter, maker of artistic wood products".
After completing his education, he worked in enterprises manufacturing furniture and mirrors in Lviv.
Later, he changed fields. Initially, he worked as a cook at the "Deluxe" restaurant, then took the position of head chef at the "SoulKitchen" and "Lviv Coffee Manufacture" establishments.
In the last period, he worked as a chef in a local educational institution. In his free Time, he was passionate about cooking, and according to his family, he was a very creative and multifaceted person, a loving husband and father, and a devoted friend.
With the start of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, he stood up to defend the state from occupiers as part of military unit A4941. He performed combat tasks to protect the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine in the southern and eastern directions of the front.
On September 30, 2024, Petro Nevyadomskyi fell in the struggle for an independent Ukraine. He was buried on October 9 at the Lychakiv Cemetery in Lviv.
The warrior left behind a wife, two daughters, a mother, and a sister.
«Glavkom» joins the minute of silence. We honor the memory of all Ukrainians who died in the struggle for the Motherland. We remember those who were killed by Russian invaders, light candles of memory, and bow our heads in sorrow during the nationwide minute of silence, honoring the bright memory of Ukrainian citizens who gave their lives for the freedom and independence of the state: all military personnel, civilians, and children, all who died in the fight against Russian occupiers and as a result of enemy attacks on Ukrainian cities and villages.
