This morning in Odessa, at 'Arcadia' beach, a fire broke out at a recreation facility that is currently not in operation. This was reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SES) in the Odessa region.
The fire was extinguished in less than an hour over an area of about one hundred square meters. During the firefighting, the body of a deceased man was discovered.
A forensic laboratory is working at the fire site to determine the causes of the fire. Thirteen fire trucks and 64 rescuers were involved in extinguishing the fire.
We remind that recently, rescuers in Odessa assisted children who were stuck on a ride. They successfully removed four children from a height of 18 meters along with the amusement park staff.
