Russians Recruit Criminals in Europe to Sow Chaos and Harm – The Telegraph.
The director-general of MI5, Ken McCallum, stated that Russian military intelligence is attempting to create chaos on the streets of the UK and Europe, according to an article in The Telegraph. He also noted that these actions aim to weaken Western support for Ukraine.
