The stand of the jewelry maker Mauboussin, located in the Le Printemps store in eastern Paris, was robbed, reports the French police. According to BFMTV, the thief entered the store through a broken window and quickly took jewelry from the Mauboussin stand, managing to stay inside for only twenty seconds. The damages are estimated at approximately 300,000 euros.
The Paris prosecutor's office has launched an investigation into this theft, which has been transferred to the judicial police. This is not the first case of jewelry store robberies in France - a similar crime occurred earlier in the city of Lyon.
