  • zucchini — 2 pcs. (young);
  • black ground pepper — to taste;
  • salt, dried garlic, spices — to taste;
  • milk — 70 g;
  • eggs — 6 pcs.;
  • boiled buckwheat — 1 cup;
  • hard cheese — 50 g;
  • green onions — to taste;
  • oil — for frying.

Preparation

Cut the zucchini into strips and fry them in a pan with a little oil. Add salt, dried garlic, and your favorite spices, mix, and stew until softened.

In a deep bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt, add the milk, and mix. Add the buckwheat, and mix everything again.
